[twenty eight] I kinda miss my mom.

My mother is a force of nature.  I won't take responsibility for her actions, but if she upset or offended anyone, I'm sorry.

My mom left... a lot of food behind.  Bread.  Cookies.  Lasagna.  Casserole.  I'm pretty sure I won't be able to finish all of it without actually exploding.  Anyone interested in sharing?

It's pretty decent lasagna, and I'm not just saying that because my mother made it. She is by all accounts a pretty amazing cook. And she made enough for my entire family--plus leftovers.
