Oh--does anyone know of a good place to take a dog to to his business?  I mean--Mouse is pretty polite about these things, but he's going to have to go eventually.

Uh...I did sort of kill that guy with magic, but it was kind of self defense. Does that count? And it wasn't exactly with magic, I just needed magic to pick up a ghost axe.

He'd been trapping spirits and forcing them to reenact their deaths over and over again for his entertainment, so some of the ghosts were helping.

Well, I'm just an apprentice, but from what I hear, self-defense doesn't really make much of a defense either--though maybe it's different since you didn't actually use magic to kill him?

He sounds pretty terrible, though. Who would do that kind of thing?

...Maybe. You should really find out if you have a Council or something like that. If they're like our White Council... lying wouldn't be a very good idea.

Nah. He wanted to absorb whole wizards, just to get the power. I didn't let him.
